Made especially for couples, our personalized two-name nameplate offers a unique and beautiful way to express your love for someone special.

You can customize almost every detail in your own special way. Not only do you get to choose the names and the color of your necklace and pendant; you can also choose the font that you want us to use. The font options are included in the product images.

INSTRUCTIONS

- Write your two names separated by a comma in the text box above

- Also include a font number (see the images to the left) Example: Daniel, Mary, font 4

And that's it! Your custom double name pendant will be created to your specifications. As shown in the images to the left, a heart will be added between the two names. ❤️

SIZE & MATERIALS

- Made of stainless steel with platinum, gold, or rose gold plating

- Double name pendant with two names and a heart

- Length equals necklace + pendant: 17, 18, 20, and 22 inches (from 43 to 55 centimeters)

NOTE: We know that you want your custom necklace as soon as possible, and we would love to get it to you fast! However, it will take some time to carefully design, handcraft, and polish your nameplate to perfection. Depending on where you are in the world, it will take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

- If font customization is an option, refer to the product images to review the font choices. Leave the name and font number in the text box.

NOTE: For most items, a maximum of 8 to 10 letters is best.

It takes time to carefully craft a product that you'll be happy with. Total customization process

plus delivery time is normally 2 to 3 weeks.

If you buy an item that ships from our international warehouse, it will take 3 to 4 weeks.

**If the item ships from overseas, it will say so within the PRODUCT DETAILS of the item. **

We know that waiting is the hard part. ☹️ But you'll see that it was worth the wait! 😍

All Other Products

6 to 12 days to arrive from our U.S. warehouse; 2 to 3 weeks for items sent from our international warehouse.

**Any items that ship from our international warehouse will say so in the Product Details section.**

REFUND POLICY

Here are the return and refund policies for customized and non-customized merchandise.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Because of the labor involved in producing customized items, sales are final unless an error is made on our part.

If your item is made incorrectly or if you receive a faulty item, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We will also offer you a 40% one-time discount towards another purchase from this website.

Refund request: If you request a refund instead of a free replacement, we will have to charge a 30% restocking fee.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. What's your return policy?

For customized products: Sales are final for these items. But if you receive a faulty product, or if there is a mistake by us or the fulfillment company, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

We'll also offer you a one time 40% discount towards a separate purchase.

For all other products: Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy.

If your item is faulty or damaged, you'll have two options.

1. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

2. You can send it back to us for a refund.

In either case, we may ask you to first submit a photo of the item.

If you choose to return it for refund instead of receiving a replacement, there will be no reimbursement for the return shipping charge.

3. Can I cancel my order?

For personalized items, cancellations or edits can be made within the first 24 hours.

For all other items, we can cancel the order if the items haven't already been sent.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges unless you received the wrong item or a faulty item.

However, if you didn't get the exact product that you expected, we may send a replacement. These scenarios are judged on a case by case basis.
