RETURN / REFUND POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED AND REGULAR ITEMS
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because we have to alter materials to make custom items, sales are final unless there is an error on our part.
If your item(s) arrives damaged or made incorrectly, please let us know immediately! You will have two options: (1) request a refund or (2) let us replace it.
Free replacement: We will make and send a replacement at no cost to you. We'll also offer you a one-time 40% discount for any other items you wish to buy from the store.
We may ask for a photo of the item before we replace it.
Refund requests: Our personalized items are one of a kind. If you want a refund instead of a replacement, we will charge a 30% restocking fee.
All requests must be made within 10 days of you receiving the item.

POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, or if the product is not what you expected, please let us know within 30 days. .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive a damaged item, photo evidence may be required.
