1. How long are shipping times? 

Delivery estimates are different for U.S. and international customers.

U.S. RESIDENTS

Delivery time frames vary for customized and non-customized items.

Personalized JewelryThe customization process plus delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. If you buy an item that ships from our international warehouse, it will be 3 to 5 weeks. 

**If the item ships from overseas, it will say so in the "PRODUCT DETAILS" section of that item.** 

All Other Products: 6-12 days to arrive from our U.S. warehouse; 2 to 3 weeks for items shipped from our international warehouse. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS  

Delivery time frames are different for customized and non-customized items.

Personalized Jewelry: The customization process plus delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks for most countries.  

But we believe you'll agree that it was worth the wait!  💓

All Other Products: 2 to 4 weeks.

 

2. What's your return policy?

For customized products: Sales are final for these items. But if you receive a faulty product, or if there is a mistake by us or the fulfillment company, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. 

We'll also offer you a one time 40% discount towards a separate purchase. 

For all other products: Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy.

If your item is faulty or damaged, you'll have two options.

1. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. 

2. You can send it back to us for a refund.

In either case, we may ask you to first submit a photo of the item. 

If you choose to return it for refund instead of receiving a replacement, there will be no reimbursement for the return shipping charge.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

For personalized items, cancellations or edits can be made within the first 24 hours. 

For all other items, we can cancel the order if the items haven't already been sent. 

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges unless you received the wrong item or a faulty item.

However, if you didn't get the exact product that you expected, we may send a replacement. These scenarios are judged on a case by case basis.
