We have different delivery time frames for personalized items and regular items.
SHIPPING FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All orders are processed as fast as possible. But, please keep in mind that multiple steps are needed to produce a quality customized item that you'll be happy with.
Delivery times for U.S. Residents
After you order, the first 3 to 7 days are used to design, create, and quality-test your items. Total production plus delivery time can be as little as 2 weeks and as many as 5 weeks (but 2 to 3 weeks is the average).
Why such a big range?
We source products in the U.S. and overseas to offer a diverse set of items at great prices. If you purchase an item that will ship from a partner overseas, delivery can take up to 5 weeks (but usually less than 4 weeks).
NOTE: Every item that ships from the international warehouse has a note in its product description. We try to be transparent.
And don't worry, you can expect the same quality standard no matter where your item ships from!

SHIPPING TIMES FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
U.S. Residents
We ship products from both U.S. and international warehouses.
Items shipped from a U.S. warehouse should be delivered in 6 to 12 days.
Items shipped from overseas will generally be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks.

International Customers
Items will be delivered in 2 to 5 weeks, depending on your specific country. Deliveries to the U.K. can sometimes take closer to 4 or 5 weeks..
